My selection won in extra time. Why has my bet lost?

SETTLEMENT: LOST

The settling of a bet placed on a football match (including cup matches) is determined only by the outcome of regular time (2 halves of 45 minutes, including additional time). If the team you have bet have not won in regular time, bet is considered to be lost.

I placed a bet on over 3.5 yellow cards to be shown in a match. Two players received one yellow card and another player received a red card for two yellow card offences, bringing the total to four.

SETTLEMENT: LOST

All bets placed in relation to the total number of yellow cards that will be issued in a football match do not include red cards. If a player is sent off as a result of receiving two yellow cards, only one yellow card is counted. Any yellow cards shown to individuals who are not involved on the field of play, for example, coaches or substitutes are not counted.

I placed a bet on “To Score Anytime”, my player has not been listed in the starting line-up, came on as a substitute and has not scored any goal. Why has my bet lost, it must be refunded?

SETTLEMENT: LOST

If your selected player does not play any part in the match, i.e. does not start or come on as a substitute, all bets are considered void and a refund will be paid. If the final score of the event is 0-0, all bets in this market are lost.
